Fahrenheit gecensureerd in VS

Onlangs was David Cage, maker van het spel Fahrenheit, aanwezig op het forum van GameFaqs om vragen te beantwoorden van bezoekers. Hier wist hij onder andere te melden dat de Amerikaanse versie van het spel, in Amerika Indigo Prophecy genaamd, deels gecensureerd gaat worden. Gevolg is dat het spel in Amerika iets later uitkomt dan gepland.

ESRB asked is to get rid of all the sex scenes in the game, not only not to show any nudity or sexual act in the game, but to make sure the data are not even on the DVD, which gave us some issues in matter of data management. I really thought there was nothing offending in this game, just people in love making love, but after the Hot Coffee affaire, this was obviously even too much. Although I was unhappy to be forced to change the game, it does not dramatically change the experience.
